Most importantly, we continue providing our services with regards to any and all remaining client landlord issues that may arise at any time during the term of the lease.
DSR Group has developed long term in-house partnering relationships to provide Asset and Property Management for our clients. This team undertakes the preparation and implementation of all operating budget plans, as well as cash receipt and disbursement processing. Fiscal management services include: maintenance of separate checking, savings ,security accounts and calculation of all invoice pass-throughs, (i.e., common area maintenance fees, utility charges, tax charges, percentage rent, and all other operating expense escalations). The asset’s long-term stability is achieved through conservative, cost-effective, yet thorough maintenance procedures.

DSR Group completes 150,000 SF of office leasing transaction including bringing 100 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park from 65% to 96% occupancy and 65 Challenger Road from 55% to 87% occupancy.

DSR Group represented American Shipping in their relocation from Fairview, New Jersey to Belleville, New Jersey. Shahe Kupelian negotiated a long-term 42,000 SF lease at Safer Development’s warehouse property at 650 Belleville Turnpike.
DSR, on behalf of the KABR Group, negotiated a 14,000 SF lease extension with CANON at 65 Challenger Road, which now has a fully renovated cafe, state-of-the-art gym, new lobby with security desk, reconditioned deck parking and upgraded common areas.
